Dear Family and Friends,
I am once again raising money for ATIME by being a part of their Shasathon.
I would like to make clear that the Shasathon organizers take Covid-19 and the safety of all involved very seriously. They are leaving no stone unturned and are working directly under the guidance of medical professionals to ensure the safety of all involved.
Please see https://shasathon.org/5781/covid19.html
I personally will take any extra precautions as deemed necessary
A few words just as a reminder of what ATIME does.
ATIME is an organization that primarily helps couples experiencing infertility achieve their dream of having children. They hold their hands through this very private and difficult experience. But that is only a small part of their mission.
What some people may not know of is the other amazing work that they do. For example, ATIME will also help couples who have had miscarriages by arranging it so the parents never have to see a bill to pay for the burial of their precious would be child. To take care of the details so the crushed would be parents won't become completely broken, is such a beautiful act of kindness.
Due to the sensitive nature of the organization we don't often hear of the people who are beneficiaries of ATIME's services unless they are close friends or family members. We should all never need their services but at the same time recognize, and support, the work that they do.
Due to the incredible amount people like yourself give, ATIME has been able to expand their services and do so much more to help those in need.
The Shasathon connects the great zechus of Torah study with the (even greater) zechus of lovingkindness in one singular event.
I am honored to once again be a part of it and I would be honored if you would join in with me and help me reach my goal.
We all know this has been an incredibly difficult and heart wrenching year.
The still ongoing effects and side effects of Covid-19, including the strain on the medical system as well as the strain coming from the lockdowns, has been and still is devastating for many.
I would like to dedicate my learning to all those who passed, and for the full recovery of those who are still not well.
As always please feel free to let me know of any names for me to have in mind and dedicate my learning to.
May this be a zechus that this all should end.
That those who lost loved ones find consolation.
That those who have been hurt financially to feel safe and secure again.
That any and all negative effects be negated and replaced with only good.
Please help me in supporting a beautiful cause and follow this link to sponsor me and my learning. Every donation truly counts!
Thank you and Tizku l'mitzvos!
Duddy and Tova Rochel
Please note: this year's Shas-a-Thon will bez”H be taking place in a covid-19 safe environment at the huge ballrooms of the Kalahari Convention Center.
